egg drop soup boil

Last night my ag wheat looked like egg drop soup as there were lots of floaties but not from grain husks. Apparently it was proteins but looked awful. My friend said not to worry but I thought I'd post a pic in case somebody in the future freaked out like I did.

When I pulled out my immersion chiller they were like stringy threads.

I get really good hot break like that sometimes as well. It's definitely strange looking the first time you see it.

Usually that happens with a large amount of pilsner malt. It's normal

Freaked me out. Thought my stuff wasn't clean or something was in the grains.
