brewed eds pale ale and his rye ipa. j was going to dry hop the rye with columbus but thought about throwing in some citra or cascade to sweeten the aroma a bit. is this wasteful?
also, any ideas for dry hopping the pale ale? i have some amarillo, cascade, citra and chinook on hand. i thought about playing it safe and just using cascade, but his recipes are popular and wondered what others were using.
