Drying mess up

So I went to dry some hops yesterday and noticed that I had some hops still in the dehydrator.... ooops... these had to be in there for two weeks! Should I package them or toss em? I have plenty of hops coming, just no hallertaus....

Pull one apart, scrunch it in your hands, give a good sniff, and if they still have some character to them, save 'em and use them soonest...

agreed...if they were properly dried, they should be fine.

This summer I opened my drying crypt and found about three trays of cones I forgot about and gave them to a visitor, no idea what they were. He loved them. Still waiting for some brew from them though!!!!
