"Dry" Lavender Soda

This is a follow-up recipe to this thread:

This recipe is a lot like Dry Soda Company's Lavender flavored soda. Super easy to make (if you have culinary lavender on hand. don't ask me why I did).

RECIPE IS FOR 1 LITER, force carbed.

1 liter H2O
3 Tbsp sugar or evap. cane juice
1/8 tsp citric acid
1 tsp culinary lavender flowers, dried, whole

Simmer approx. 1 minute. Chill and force carb.
 
I haven't seen that one around here. I have some juniper berries in the spice cupboard - maybe that'll be the next try :) I think they also have cucumber, which sounds bizarrely alluring...
