What dry hops would you recommend for an imperial black IPA? My OG IS 1.092, FG is 1.007 (I know it came out dry). It's 2.3 US gallons
I'm fermenting it at 19c and it's in secondary for 31 days after using SafAle US-05.
Used melon and Simcoe at 60 mins and 10 mins.
Suggestions? Non hop fermentables such as coffee are welcome.
