on my last ipa I used Chinook at 60min. and cascade at 20min. & 5min.
Then I dry hopped with Chinook for 5 days. It wasn't as piney or resiny as I thought it would be. But it definitely added a very pleasant earthy aroma.
I would go with it for sure!
Btw. I dry hopped with 3oz.

Do it! Adds nice pine, earth, and citrus. I get grapefruit from Chinook personally. Blends well with fruitier hops.

I have dry hopped with chinook and it was quite subtle. It was there, but didn't hit me in the face like citra. It was perfect for the American Amber Ale that I put it in, but if I was making an IPA I might use a bigger aroma hop.

yes. no reservations at all yes. do it. Chinook IPA with a crap ton of Chinook in dry hop
