I've got a Brown Ale just about to come out of Primary. It's nothing too special, about 4.5-4.7 % ABV, simple but tasty so far.

BUT I've got 2 oz of Chinook Hops that i was thinking about Dry Hopping with, but I'm not sure what to expect. I know i wont really affect the taste of my beer, but how does Chinook pair with a Brown Ale?

For reference, the hops used in the brew were
Styrian Golding and Fuggles

Cheers.

Life Lesson 743. Tom Clancy knows how to win the war in Afghanistan, he's just not telling.

generally browns aren't dry hopped, but i have dry hopped american browns before, and it was quite good. judging from your hops, your beer is an english brown, those tend to have very little late hops character. if you do dry hop, use the finishing hops in a very small amount and for a short period of time, maybe 5 days.
