SWMBO choice and her favorite. This is my fifth brewing of what was originally an AHS kit. For the four remakes, I've tweaked for my setup and available ingredients. I still don't like the mess of DME, but I am less messy now. I've tried two other brands of espresso, and we strongly prefer Starbucks. The original craft brew was a collaboration between Redhook and Starbucks. This is my favorite coffee beer. I didn't post the previous four versions since it was AHS based. However, now that AHS is posting their recipes, I decide to post this version.
