I picked 40 oz of cascade which dried to about 15 ounces.
If I need 1 OZ of pellets - how much dried fresh hops would you suggest?

An ounce, give or take.
Most software calculators say 1.25 ounce of leaf hops = 1 ounce of pellets, but that's for bittering. For flavor, they'd be equal.

I can't remember when I became an Admin. Quite a while ago, but I can't remember the timing.
