Hello Fellow Brewers,
I've already posted on ProBrewer, but I know a ton of us DIY'ers got our start here home brewing. The knowledge in this forum is priceless, so here goes it:
Our small Nano start up is in the process of purchasing two draft beer carts. They are pretty darn expensive, but after scouring many equipment auctions we have come across some under the counter bottle coolers. My question is, can we cut our own holes in the tops and install draft towers? I'm just worried there is some sort of coil or refigeration circuit in the panels of some of these like chest freezers? Thoughts or experiences?! Cheers!
