Brewing a Double IPA. Im concerned about it being too sweet. I'd like a just on rhe hoppy side of balanced, not in your face . Slightly sweet, but not like a barley wine. Here's the recipe. Any comments are welcomed.

2 oz Sovereign (Pellets, 5.3 %AA) 15 mins.

0.7 lbs Table sugar. Steep 10 minutes
