Seeking all comments and input.

I will brew this up this afternoon or sunday. Currently have a maibock in primary so I thought I would get one more lager going before switching back to ales for the rest of the summer. Grain bill, mash and fermentation are designed after a doppelbock with the hop schedule of a west coast IPA.

Boil Size: 6.21 gal
Boil Time: 90 min
End of Boil Vol: 5.46 gal

Fermentation: Lager, Three Stage

GRAIN BILL
------------------
7 lbs -- Munich 10L (Briess) (10.0 SRM) 36.8 %
7 lbs -- Vienna Malt (Briess) (3.5 SRM) 36.8 %
4 lbs -- Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) 21.1 %
12.0 oz -- Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) 3.9 %
4.0 oz -- Carafa I (337.0 SRM) 1.3 %

HOP SCHEDULE
-------------------
1.00 oz Warrior [18.90 %] - Boil 90.0 min 56.5 IBUs
1.00 oz Challenger [6.20 %] - Boil 30.0 min 13.3 IBUs

1.00 oz Wakatu [7.00 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 0.0 min 0.0 IBUs

YEAST
------------------
German Lager (White Labs #WLP830)
( My LBHSS was sold out of WLP833  )

MASH

Thanks for the input. I've been lurking here for a while, figured it was time to reach out.
