Hello all.....
A week or so ago i made a 1 gallon test batch of tea using 25 tea bags, and 2 cups of sugar..... with 5 gallons worth of dry wine yeast
The airlock is Bubbling quite steadily, however one of my friends made a disturbing comment.... "Don't go blind"
Isn't that an effect of methanol? Please explain this to me
