Do quarts take longer to carbonate?

Just real quick question usually my beer is pretty carbonated in 2 weeks. Tried on today and its pretty flat just a small sound when i pop the top. Just wondering do bigger bottles take longer to carbonate then the standard size? I brewed these in quarts so was thinking maybe i just need to give them another week or 2 -- any thoughts?

Yes. Bigger bottles take longer. I usually drink my 12ves before my bombers.

They will also age slower, all about surface air to liquid ratio.
