Dilution for 10% Povidone Iodine

I am able to get Povidone Iodine 10% Topical Solution from my job. Can I use this solution if I dilute it with the right amount of water as an Iodophor Sanitzer such as IO star sanitizer ??? Does anybody know the dilution ratio I would need if I am able to use it.

I need an iodine based sanitizer for a piece of equipment I'm using.
