Didnt stir priming sugar

My directions for the recipe I followed just said to add boiling water to my priming sugar then add to wort before bottling . Well I just dumped it in then bottled will some of my beers be more carbonated than others since I didn't mix it ?
 
How did you transfer the beer to the bottling bucket, you put the priming sugar solution in the bucket and then added the beer right? The beer coming down into the bucket usually stirs it enough, at least in my experience.
 
I was using the Mr beer carboy so I just poured it in the car boy

If I did get some flat beers can I just add sugar to said flat bottles 're cap then let ferment a little longer ?
