Hi everyone, I just tried my first all grain batch, a pale ale focusing on hop flavor and aroma, rather than bitterness, and it came out fantastic. Here's the recipe, and I'm more then welcome to critiques on my recipe and process.

Brewtarget Calculations:

OG: 1.058
FG: 1.017
Bitterness: 45 IBU

Hydro Readings:

OG: 1.056
FG: 1.013

Recipe:

10 lbs American 2-row
1 lb Turbinado (late addition)
8 oz Carahell
8 oz Carapils
4 oz Victory

0.5 oz Centennial 10.5% AA @ 60 min
0.25 oz Amarillo 9.5% AA @ 40 min
0.25 oz Cascade 6.0% AA @ 40 min
0.5 oz Amarillo 9.5% AA @ 20 min
0.5 oz Cascade 6.0% AA @ 20 min
1.0 oz Amarillo 9.5% AA @ 1 min
1.0 oz Cascade 6.0% AA @ 1 min
1.0 oz Amarillo 9.5% AA (dry hop)
1.0 oz Cascade 6.0% AA (dry hop)

Mashed at 150-155 (my thermometer is hard to read, so I don't know the exact temp)
Sparged at around 170

Congrats & welcome to all-grain brewing! :)

Like the looks of the recipe! Glad it turned out well for you! Nothing like a tasty self-made homebrew to get you excited for the next brewday!
