Due to a new addition to my family, i dont get to brew as often as i would like. Unfortunately, i still enjoy my home brew at the same rate so i am in danger of running out!! My staple brew is an IPA, so i plan to start brewing 10 gallon batches so help eliminate my supply problems and split the beer into two 5 gallon cornies. would i still be able to get that "fresh" IPA aroma/flavor if i dry hop the second corny after it has been sitting at room temperature for a few weeks (while i enjoy the first corny)?
