OG 1.051 FG 1.010 = 80% Apparent Attenuation
Real - 68%

Honestly, this is the best spread I've ever had and it's still bubbling after 3 days. I usually get a FG of around 1.18 or so.

Using a Cream Ale extract and added an extra Lb of DME. Not sure what it is going to taste like but thought I would experiment a little.

Using Nottingham yeast for the first time also.

I have another brew with an OG of 1.062 but don't know the FG yet.
I think what helped was paying close attention to the boil temps, fermentation temps, and kept my steeping below 160 deg.

Thoughts?
