not sure if this is the best spot for this post but figured its the best.
was thinking of ideas, and i remember someone doing a darker graff that looked pretty tasty on these boards. got me thinking. picked up 3 gallons of Cherry Pomigranent 100% juice ocean spray for a wine idea, its mostly apple juice looking at the lable. but my new idea is maybe to make it into a graff??? not sure on the grain bill. kinda thinking Bell's Cherry Stout type of flavor profile for the graff side (minus the cherry of course) anyone have any ideas? going to use 3 lb of extra light DME as the base malt, but what specialty grains would work good with this?
