da new guy

hey all- not new to brewing- just started a brewclub here in spring hill, fla- 8 members, and have been brewing regularly since march- which make me a noob- even though i was doin it back in the 80's. dfo have a quick question regarding carbonation... doing an i.p.a. 8 days primary, 7 days secondary- gravity hadn't budged, bottled, and sat for 1 week at 75- no carbonation in about 5 bottles- but plenty in 1. did the whole shake it spin it, etc. put 1/2 in fridge- no carbonation.. am i gettin a little ahead of myself. i'm thinkin from here on out 2 weeks primary, 2 weeks secondary, 2 weeks condition, 2 weeks lagering any suggestions???

First off, punctuation and spacing is your friend.

1 week is not enough for bottle carbing, give it another 2 at least.

canyou pull beer out of the fridge, and hope it carbonates? or are the bottles in the fridge toast?
