Cyser question

The foam on my cyser keep getting darker each time I degas to the point that its getting a few chocolate colored spots in the foam. Is it normal?

They are closer to brown sugar than chocolate colored spots I guess. I'll take a picture when I get home from work.

This is before degassing, the foam on top is thin and quite dark

After degassing it becomes bright and almost white

Also should I care about the ring of stuff that formed around the lid when the foam got crazy?
