Hello fellas,

Brewing a red ale this weekend, hoping to get some input.

3# Marris Offer
3# American 2 row
.75# Crystal 60
.5# Munich
.25# caraaroma
.5# Victory
2# dry extra light extract

1 oz Fuggles 60 min.
.5 oz EKG 60 min
1 oz Fuggles 1 min
.5 oz EKG 1 min

1 pkt Nottingham dry yeast

Mash @ 152*

Simple recipe, really want a nice red color. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Most Irish Red recipes I've seen have a tiny bit (4-8oz) of roasted barley. Gives it a little bit of roasted bite on the finish and boosts color.
