Crazy fermentation need answers

About my 20th homebrew and always do the same and always comes out great no problem BUT this time the fermentation started VERY violent , but not once has anything came out blow off for four days nor one bubble in airlock after I switch . Didn't even rise to top of carboy. No rolling bubbles up side. I'm lost

That looks like yeast rafts, and that FG is DONE! I think you just missed your fermentation- it probably happened quick.

What was your OG and what yeast did you use? You could easily have a leak around the cap and no bubbling. If it was swirling that was fermentation and if your OG was anything normal, you got attenuation.
