Someone sent this to me today, joking that I can no longer brew a beer named "Kyrgyzstan!" Granted, I could always name it "Kyrgyzstan?"

Idk...on one hand I can understand trademarking a name. But on the other hand, trademarking common words & phrases shouldn't be allowed so extensively.

I've done this myself - calling my rice wine "Shusan Sake" (Shoes and Sock-y)
