Every time I crack grain, my nose stuffs up and runs all day. Is it possible to be allergic to the husk but not barley itself?

Anyone else like this?

Quick google search suggests there are more people allergic to yeast than barley.

I tie a trash bag around the outlet of my corona mill. It keeps the dust down but when I transfer to a bucket or dough in, a little dust gets airborne. I guess I'm really sensitive to it.

Barley is covered with a wide range of fun bacteria and fungi, I knew several people when I worked at a LHBS that couldn't be anywhere near the mill when it was running.

Hay fever sounds plausible. Guess I'll have to take some allergy meds before brewing. Thanks for the suggestions.
