I'm planning on making a Belgian IPA for one of my next batches. I'm thinking of using a Corsendonk Abbey Pale Ale Clone as a base with Wyeast Belgian Abbey II #1762, and a hop schedule similar to what's used in Flying Dog's Raging *****. Any comments or recommendations are appreciated.

Mini Mash

Grains:
2 lb 4 oz Pale Malt (2-Row)
6 oz Biscuit Malt
4 oz Munich Malt 10L
2 oz Aromatic Malt
7 Lbs Pale LME
1.5 Lbs Candi Sugar (clear)

Misc:
1/4 oz Orange Bitter Peel (5 min Boil)
1/4 oz Orange Sweet Peel (5 min Boil)
1/4 Tsp Coriander Seed (5 min Boil)

Hop schedule:
boil 60 mins 1.5 Warrior pellet 15.0
boil 20 mins 1.5 Amarillo pellet 7.0
boil 20 mins 1.5 Columbus pellet 15.4
boil 1 min 1.0 Amarillo pellet 7.0
boil 1 min 1.0 Columbus pellet 15.4
dry hop 5 days 1.0 Amarillo pellet 7.0
dry hop 5 days 0.5 Columbus pellet 15.4

You got it Warren, after having Flying Dogs Belgian IPA I can't wait to try this. I've only been brewing since June of this year but it's opened me up to a lot of beers I never knew existed. Cascadian Dark Ale will be coming soon after.
