Have I been living under a rock? How did I not know these existed?

Seems like a great idea if they work well. Has anybody bought one?
 
Yes these work well, but the big advantage of corny kegs is that you can find them used for a lot cheaper. That advantage is becoming a little slimmer in recent years since the used prices have come up quite a bit.

FWIW there are brewers who deal with strictly Sanke style kegs. Seems the biggest negative is trying to get them cleaned, due to the small opening. And also getting the spear ring in and out.
