I have a Belgian beer in the fermenter right now that I would like to bottle and cork. Does anyone have any techniques for corking Belgian bottles that does not include purchasing a $70-$120 corker? Thanks in advance!

Rent a Portuguese floor corker from your LHBS and pick up a #7 stopper while you are there. Slide the stopper over the cylinder which presses the cork down and adjust the nut till the cork sticks up about the right amount over the top of the bottle. Cork and wire your bottles, return corker when done. They can also be gotten really cheap second hand, check Craigslist.
