I brewed my first sour (kriek), and I'm just about ready to bottle. My plan is to store these in my wine/beer cellar for quite some time on their side on a wine rack, and I'm considering bottling them in 20 oz bottles and use a wine cork and a beer cap. Has anyone done this? Would a #7 sized cork be the best option?
