I had an issue with my temperature controller last night while debugging my code (it's a fez panda (kinda like an arduino)) and some time during the night the freezer got stuck on. This morning the sanitizer in my airlock is an ice cube but the wort is at 34 or so. I've heard about people accidentally freezing pilsners but this is a black IPA. My gut instinct tells me that I should let it warm up, give it a rouse, and hope for the best. Worst case scenario, I have to pitch new yeast (wlp001).

Anyone have this randomly happen before with an ale? It's been a while since I botched a batch. This is killin me.
