conical fermenter size

I was thinking of getting a conical fermenter. I have been brewing off and on for the past 10 years. Mostly I do partial mash / malt extract in 5 gallon batches in glass carboys, but I am considering getting into all-grain and doing 10 gallon batches. I noticed Morebeer has 7 gal and 12 gal sizes for their economy fermenter. I'm thinking the 12 gallon size might give me some room to grow, but I've thus far only done 5 gallon batches. Is there any disadvantages to fermenting 5 gallon batches in the 12 gallon fermenter? Any suggestions on which size would be best?

While I don't have one, logic dictates that you should not have any problem brewing smaller batches in a 12 gal container.

Now should you brew 12 gals for a 5 gal container, then...
