Looking into options of limiting air space in my carboy. Have read lots of people saying juice, water, but my question:

Is topping off with a commercial cider brew acceptable? (If I don't have premade hard cider to add to it)
With out bringing up full fermentation again?

Thanks for the reply, I'll look but doubt I'll find much of an ingredient list. On bottle or case.

Lots of ciders in the US now have ingredients on the labels. here is an example from google
Angry Orchard Cider Company, LLC. Hard Cider, Natural Flavors, Carbon Dioxide, Malic Acid and Sulfites to preserve freshness.
