Hi there brewthers!

I want to have it easy on my next batch, and try a few tricks from this HBT article on 15-minute brewing, so I got myself a Weyermann Oktoberfest extract (unhopped, decocted Vienna 65%, Melanoidin Malt 25%, Caramunich II 10%). Now I have in stock more than two ounces of each of the following hops: Motueka, Sorachi Ace, Perle, Tettnanger.

Simple question then: what is your call? I was going for:
- a half batch (2.5Gal) with 1oz Perle 60min, .5oz Perle 20min, 1oz Motueka 0min, dry hop 1oz Motueka.
- a half batch (2.5Gal) with 1oz Tettnang 60min, .5oz Tettnang 20min, 1oz Sorachi 0min, dry hop 1oz Sorachi.
(S-04 with both)

How does it sound to you?
