6 lbs of LME (late boil 15 minutes?)
2 lbs DME (60 minutes boil)

specialty grains
12 oz roasted barley
10 oz chocolate malt
6 oz briess caramel 40

steep for 30 minutes at 150-155 f

hops
1 oz Columbus 60 minutes
1 oz Columbus 10 minutes
.5 oz Columbus 5 minutes

yeast
safale s-04 dry yeast (a twist to the American stout)

EOG 1.064
EFG 1.017
ABV 6.3%
SRM 38
IBU 55.7

Two weeks primary, then 2 weeks secondary and then bottling time

Im brewing tomorrow but i'm not sure about the hop schedule
I'm also thinking
1.25 oz at 60 to keep ibu at 55 and 1 oz at 5 minutes

any advices or critiques considering I cant change the ingredients. Thanks in advance
