I know this is a very hard question to ask, but i figured i'd give it a shot.
Is there a "color wheel" to the suspected color of the brew? Like the steam roller stout i made had very dark grains, and came out black as night. then i did the sunshine wheat with light grains and it came out much lighter.
is there a rule of thumb?
like, the darker the grains the darker the brew?
(i'm looking for something to come out "burnt orange" if that helps any.... and it might be worth posting on the wiki)
