So I recently made a brown ale and steeped the specialty grain overnight in cold water. Then added the water at flame out. I really enjoyed how the flavors came out. So I made a cider the other day using tree top 3 variety aj I thought it might be fun to add 3 oz midnight wheat to the primary fermenter. So I did. I steeped it overnight I look forward to seeing how this turns out. I used S-33.
