Cocoa Nibs Varieties

Anyone care to differentiate the different cocoa nib sources...as in what each one brings to the table as far as putting them in beer?

I have ecuador nibs
and Northernbrewer sells Ghana and Papua New Guinea?

So whats the difference?

I have been reading through these at work today...I didn't realize there were so many varieties and that they all had different tastes like that. Thanks for the info
