I had some various grains leftover in the fridge from the last couple brews, in an effort to get rid of them I brewed this:

6 lbs MO
.5 lbs Crystal 40
.33 lbs biscuit
.13 lbs chocolate
.75 fuggles @ 60 mins
Windsor yeast

OG ~1.044

1) What exactly would this be? :D I am guessing something in the Brown Ale family.
2) Will it be palatable? :mug:

Looks like it comes close to an English Mild or light Brown Ale - I haven't used biscuit malt before, but the beer should be pretty good if you can get the Windsor yeast to attenuate fully - otherwise it might be a tad too sweet and toasty.

Thanks for the tip there, I used this yeast intentionally for the lower attenuation, I'll have to manage fermentation temps closely though to keep it moving.
