I am force carbonating a 5 gal batch. It has been at 30 psi for two days. It looks like some of the beer has spit back into the CO2 line. Does this have to be cleaned out before I continue?

was you regulator pressure set at 30 PSI the whole time? this can happen when the pressure from the tank to the keg is lower than the pressure inside the keg.
do you have check valves between the keg and the regulator?

in this case, I don't think you have to clean it now, as long as you keep the system closed, but i'd clean it out when you change to the next keg.

I did run out of CO2. I got the CO2 tank refilled and noticed it when I was putting the regulator back on. What if I want to put some CO2 in another kegged batch that has already been carbonated? Will it hurt the second keg?
