Hello! I am preparing to bottle a Brut IPA that I made, it's pretty much a clone of the OG Social Kitchen recipe, with a few small tweaks. I brew in 2.75 gal batches, and usually fill 12-14 of the LD Carlson flip top amber bottles.

I plan to bottle condition because I don't have keg supplies yet. Do you think those bottles can handle 4.0 vol of carbonation?

The highest I have done in these bottles was a biere de garde at 3.5 vol and didn't have any have any problems. Thanks in advance!

If you can keep them refrigerated the whole time then it won't be a problem. If you're going to leave them outside in the sun then they might pop but you're not supposed to do that anyway, so...
The real challenge will be trying to pour it out at that level of carbonation without it gushing like crazy.
