I was searching around for some homebrewing resources online and found this:

CNN has a mini-site dedicated to brewing your own beer. I've never heard mention of it here.

meh, seems a bit oversimplified, tells you what to do but not necessarily why you do it. It skimps over some of the things that should be covered in more detail.
