Hi,

My whit beer has something visible in it at the top of the bottle. Looks like a very faint cloudy haze. I tried to make a blue moon clone - my Wife really likes it but it has very little carbonation. It’s been bottle conditioning for almost 2 months now.
Anyone know what the cloudy haze might be?

Thanks

It could be a protein haze, but usually that is throughout the brew. Is the haze there when the beer is cold but not warm? Do you have a pic?

Dumb question but when you say "cloudy haze" do you mean actually in the beer or are you referring to the cloud of C02 that sometimes sticks around after cracking one open?

If it isn't that, a picture would help

Actually in the beer. It may be hard to see as a wit is cloudy anyway. But in regular beers you can see a chill haze when the beer is cold as opposed to warm.
