Cleaning solution for CO2 secondary regulator and gauge

OK, I got flow back from a keg into my secondary. It was stupid of me.

I have taken the secondary apart. It’s a Taprite and there’s beer in it maybe the gauge too (can’t be too sure of that though).

I am leaning towards a simple clean in IO Star, but also have 1step. What I do not want to do is to damage the diaphragm.

Also is it possible to rinse out the innards of the gauge with something?
