Just got my Keezer built and will be filling my kegs as soon as fermentation on a smoked porter is done....what do I use to clean and sanitize the kegs? Can I use Star-san like I do on my brewing equipment?

Yes. A lot of people use star san on kegs. I prefer to fill them all the way up with iodophor and let them sit while I'm getting everything else ready. This way I don't have to shake or roll the kegs around on the floor.

PBW if you think they really need to be cleaned and star san just before you put beers in them.

Thanks...They are re-conditioned kegs and look pretty clean already and the o rings seal. Im thinking a soak with star-san or iodophor should do the job.
