Nice I like the hop schedule. If you have extra half oz of citra I would use it around the 15/20 min mark.

I was going to do that but BTP was putting it out of range. Doesn't matter I know, but lately I have been overshooting the IBU boundaries on almost every beer I have brewed so i thought I would try and hold it back some. :D

I plan to brew the 3gal IPA mentioned by Chuckabrewski at page 3. What is the mash temp, 152*F? If so, what do you aim for with the strike temp?

I decided to use 165 as the strike temp. That way, because I was slowly adding grains while stirring, it got to about 153-154. I just covered it and let it rest. This Saturday will be 7 days. I plan to transfer to a secondary and dry hop .5 oz of citra for 3 days, and then add another .5oz citra for 4 days.
