Does anyone have any good schematics or diagrams for building a mill and/or press?

Please include what your approximate yield is for your design such as 1 gallon per 100 lbs of apples.

I have a pdf file of scanned old plans (circa 1938 probably originally earlier!!!) I plan on eventually building this - if for nothing than the aesthetics of it. I do plan on using it for pressing apples if I ever manage to build it. Sorry, no figures on yield...
