I just checked out your site and it looks very good and I do like flat rate shipping but I do have a question why is it that if I need a small part like universal poppet that would fit in a stamped envelope I would still be charged flat-rate? I am not picking on your company they all do it just wondering why

Thanks for the comment - we're still working on things like this, right now, we offer flat rate shipping for simplicity. Our site currently does not have the size/weight/dimensional information for each product, so we can't really offer different options/shipping types based on the product ordered... Yet. ;-)

We appreciate the feedback, and we're definitely working on correcting this moving forward.
