The night that I brewed this ESB my wife went into labour at midnight. I figured it was a good brew to make a label for. Here it is .....

You're going to have to save a few bottles of that. I think it would be a cool thing to have - beer brewed and named for you on the day you were born.

LOL I thought that same thing last night when I surfed thru and saw the post. Not just bitter, but "EXTRA SPECIAL BITTER".
