Update: My Rauchbier turned out very well using a mix of BestMalz and CHÂTEAU. Can highly recommend it if fresh as a substitute to the mellow Weyermann.
 
CHÂTEAU SMOKED is a very nice malt. Just used it in smoked porter and it gave very nice smoky flavours, not too strong and not too mellow either.
